Baseball

McCutcheon 13, Zionsville 3 (5) – The Mavericks scored eight runs in the fifth inning and Neil Hudson pitched a one-hitter as McCutcheon improved to 2-2 in HCC games. The Eagles dropped to 0-4 in league play.

4A #3 McCutcheon 11, Kokomo 1 – The Mavericks handed Kokomo its first defeat of the year in a non-conference game. Meg Teller was 3 for 4 with 3 RBI’s for McCutcheon.
