Avon Coach Stan Malless on Riley’s semifinal loss – “It was a tough match. I mean a 3-hour match, (that) went to a tiebreaker in the third. The freshman Courtney Wild played really, really well and smart, and hurt her with a lot of deep lobs. I think you had a freshman that was playing with the right frame of mind, her first time out and nothing to lose, and she played like it.”
