Boys Cross Country Regionals
Ben Davis Regional – Avon finished in sixth place with 122 points and Brownsburg was seventh with 166 points. Unfortunately, neither the Orioles or the Bulldogs will advance to the semistate round as a team. However, Avon’s Chris Surfus and Brownsburg Scott Vicenzi both will advance to Saturday’s Franklin Central Semistate as individuals after posting top five finishes in the regional. Pike won the team title at Ben Davis with a score of 78 points.
Brebeuf Regional – Here are the HCC team results from the meet which was won by top-ranked Carmel with 38 points: #3 Fishers-2nd (64 points), #8 Zionsville-4th (129 points), #12 Noblesville-5th (133 points), and #10 Westfield-6th (138 points). Westfield does not advance as a team to the Oct. 25 Franklin Central Semistate, but the Shamrocks will send both Dustin Neff and Connor Martin to the semistate as individuals. Harrison (West Lafayette) Regional – Here are the HCC team results from the regional: #4 McCutcheon-1st (26 points), Harrison-4th (110 points), and Lafayette Jefferson-5th (125 points). The Mavericks, Raiders, and Bronchos all earned spots as teams to Saturday’s New Prairie Semistate. Individually, McCutcheon’s Robby Stewart won the regional with a time of 15:47.
Girls Cross Country Regionals
Ben Davis Regional – #17 Brownsburg won the meet with 40 points, and Avon finished in third place with 105 points. Both schools advance as teams to the Oct. 25 Franklin Central Semistate.
Brebeuf Regional – Here are the HCC team results from the meet which was won by #1 Carmel with 35 points: #5 Noblesville–2nd (80 points), #3 Westfield-3rd (101 points), #24 Fishers-7th (172 points), and Hamilton Southeastern-8th (189 points). Both Fishers and HSE failed to advance as teams to Saturday’s Franklin Central Semistate. However, Makayla Schultheis of Fishers and Brook Morgan of Hamilton Southeastern will each compete in the semistate as individuals. Click here to watch video highlights from the Brebeuf Regional.
Harrison (West Lafayette) Regional – Harrison scored 60 points and finished runner-up to West Lafayette (46 points). Lafayette Jefferson finished third with 100 points and will join Harrison at the New Prairie Semistate on Oct. 25.

North Central (Indianapolis) Regional Championship

Zionsville Regional Championship
#5 Zionsville 4, #14 Pike 2 – The Eagles will meet #18 Center Grove in the North Central (Indianapolis) Semistate on Oct. 25.
West Lafayette Regional Chmpionship
Harrison (West Lafayette) 4, Crawfordsville 0 – The Raiders advance to the Crown Point Semistate on Oct. 25 where they will meet #17 Munster.
Girls Soccer Sectionals
Hamilton Southeasten Sectional Championship
co#1 Noblesville 2, #4 Zionsville 0 – The Millers advance to the Zionsville Regional on Oct. 22 where they will play New Palestine at 7:00 P.M.
Brownsburg Sectional Championship
#17 Brownsburg 4, Avon 0 – The Bulldogs will meet Roncalli in the Avon Regional on Oct. 22 at 7:00 P.M.
Harrison (West Lafayette) Sectional Championship
McCutcheon 2, West Lafayette 1 – The Mavericks will travel to the Logansport Regional on Oct. 22 where they will meet Kokomo at 7:00 P.M.
